~ Of Sun & Shells ~



I have only one eensy-beensy complaint about living in Southern California.

One.

In the summertime, one tends to wake up to a "marine layer" ... meaning ... cloudy skies.

Meaning ... no sunshine until nearly noon.


Unfortunately, this girl needs sunshine in her blood ... stat.




This morning it is streaming through the windows.

Vigorously.




Sigh.

    I love your pretty shells and the delightful colors in your decor. I spend most of my time in my lanai...windows all around the room. I love the sunshine, too!

    What a beautiful room you have depicted here--I love the blue shades and the seashells! We're in SW Washington State, and we have the same cloudy mornings and sunny afternoons at this time of year.
